Step 1:
Download Registration Form

Step 2:
Print the form and fill up “Registration Information”.

Step 3:
Call the ‘Contact Person’ of your respective institution mentioned in the registration form.

Step 4:
Make cash payment of Tk. 1500 and confirm your registration.
